Don't opt for this hotel. I paid booking amount of 5k, but as soon my plan got changed I called the owner and asked him to give the booking to someone else who is in need. I informed the hotel almost 1 month before the booking to cancel it. While paying the advance they told they will refund upon cancelation. But they did not give back the refund.
