Normally, I'm very patient with errors people make. I get it. It's the holiday season. We are all busy. Rushed. Stressed even. However, when a restaurant gets an order wrong, (e.g. handroll versus cut roll) and asks for the incorrect food to be returned! All-the-while arguing about who made the error!
