We ordered the West Lake Beef Soup, but at the other Chinese restaurants we have been to, they have chopped the beef inside the soup for us, but at madam Lu, they chop the beef into large hunks and toss it into the bowl. Another complaint about the West Lake Beef Soup is that they include various ingredients that you would never find in the soup elsewhere, including a lot of celery.
