The place has a fishy smell when you first get into the door. Our server brought us dirty bowls twice. The grilled skewer was ok but had funny rice with noodles in it. The scallops was over cooked on side and slimy on the other. The cioppino had a fishy lobster that was rubbery. The tomato broth has a strong wine taste that was not balanced.
