After dining out a few times in Valencia and coming away disappointed we were finally pleased. This is a very good Italian restaurant. Everything we had was fresh and prepared well. I would not say it's a great Italian restaurant though due to it's use of balsamic vinegar in their rack of lamb sauce. Lamb is always the benchmark for fine restaurants and although the lamb was delicious the sauce was very disappointing... View all feedback.
