Petra was in a very bad mood and was very rude. She grabbed the sandwich bread and smashed it down flat. Then I ordered a sandwich from a promo coupon for the new capicola sandwich and she said we couldn’t use it. The coupon clearly excluded certain sandwiches and items and she still refused.
