We were told a 40-minute wait and accepted this as we had heard great things we didn't mind waiting. 1hr later, I went in to see how close we were on the list and spotted an empty table or 2, which confused me as there were lots of people queuing outside. 1hr 25 mins later, we got the call to go in.
