Gross. They do not know how to cook Italian food. It was a joke! They catered my Italian dinner and it was so disappointing. I was embarrassed for my club. They do nit know how to prepare Italian food. The chicken parmigiano was basically a puce of chicken no sauce not cheese so dry! The scalloped potatoes were not cooked! No cheese and rock hard.
