After visiting the very touristy city of Santana we went for a light lunch at A Espiga where we sat on the outdoor terrace overlooking the famous triangular houses. I had grilled Limpets which were OK and my wife had a Tosta mista with French fries. The food was fine but we found the staff particularly welcoming and helpful. View all feedback.

This place looked good from the outside- attractive signage with a terrace … but ….. dreadful service/attitude by ‘waitress’. Actually rude and surly. We didn’t stay…. We just felt they (she) didn’t deserve out euros. The other lady seemed OK behind the counter, but I’m afraid, I’m not keen on places that make me feel unwanted from the off. View all feedback.
