This bar is located in the center of Santiago offering a fairly large menu where the star is its famous creamy Spanish omelet. You can taste it with a drink as it comes as a tapa when you order. The shells a la vinagrette where to die. You may have to wait before you can even sit, so I would not recommend it if you are in a hurry, but waiting it is absolutely worth it. View all feedback.
