I found the worst tepanyaki I've ever tried here, I ordered mixed tepanyaki which took almost an hour to prepare because it was made with vegetables that had been boiled over with a lot of oil and tasteless rice, it didn't bring beef but a lot of carrots, yes they don't order this $140-peso dish to avoid disappointment.
