It was opening night of the NYC Ballet. Clearly, the management had some issues to work out. Perhaps staff were not properly trained. Waited 40 minutes to get the right bill. My friend and I were seated for the ballet (about a two minute walk away) exactly as the performance started. Staff were polite, but inefficient. I think it stemmed from training.
