I visited it on 25th Dec, the place was crowded as Usual at peak time and was good. This was the 8th Or the 9th time i have visited coffee cup which includes both the branches, but had a very bad experience on 25th. It took around 20 mins to get the menu and another 10-15 mins calling the waiter to take the order. I called them for more than 5 times and finally one person came after 15 mins and took the order.
