Prairie Ink is a bistro-style restaurant that opened in 1996 and is a part of McNally Robinson Booksellers. We prioritize using local produce and ingredients, and strive to support local producers by utilizing in-season produce whenever possible. The restaurant has hosted over 5000 author events and offers free live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night at 8:00 pm. I ordered the house-made iced tea, and was given a lemonade. The waiter scooted away like a kicked puppy before I could correct him.
