I'm so glad we stopped at Shelter! The blue Hawaiian Sauer was spectacular and the staff, where very helpful. We, where served by Mackenzie, who cheerful, knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed their job because they make sure that the whole experience was wonderful. Food is fantastic. Unfortunately, they’ve decided that service is not needed. You now have to go stand in line at a counter to order your food and drinks. We were also the unlucky ones to get the table next to the drink fridge and order line, where other guests were infringing on our table space. Very uncomfortable.
