The McDonald's app keeps letting me order the McRib patty at restaurants that don't sell it and cannot fill it. When the store cannot fulfill part of a Mobile Order, this is a problem. Employees don’t take the proper initiative to assure orders are correct. Also it should be a standard that all employees are able to communicate in English working In Massachusetts. Responding to a customer by laughing in their face when you get the order wrong shouldn’t be a form of a reaction either. Very poor behavior needs improvement. View all feedback.
