We went for dinner at l'Aubergade in February 2018. The decor is modern-chic and we were greeted by the friendly staff. Food is excellent, beautifully presented and well executed. The pilgrim mussels carpacio with truffles was good, but my preference went to the skrej with spelt risotto: the fish was properly cooked and the portion of risotto filling. Don't bother if you don't eat meat. Unless you consider artfully arranged carrot shavings and a couple of spuds a meal My advice too the chef learn one plant-based dish. (hint: Google is a good place to start if you can't imagine a meal without meat) Then eat the dish yourself and only put it on the menu if it's something you would order. View all feedback.
