This Mexican restaurant located by the water offers stunning views of the lake but reviews on the food are mixed. While some visitors found the dishes to be tasty, others were disappointed with the quality of the food such as tough red meat and lack of cheese on the nachos. The atmosphere is praised for being lively, especially on a sunny day, and the margaritas are said to be delicious. Despite some mixed reviews, the restaurant seems to be a popular spot, especially during the summer. The location offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with the outdoor area receiving high acclaim. Overall, it seems like a place worth visiting for its view and lively atmosphere, but the food quality may vary.
The average rating of 3.8 shows that Agua Verde Café so far has satisfied the most of its customers.
What Kraig Fisher likes about Agua Verde Café:
The was great. It was my first time there. You order first, then you go to your table and they bring your food and drinks. We had a view of the Mountlake cut and some ducks and boats. It was a mostly quiet atmosphere. I had the Pollo burrito, and my wife had the butternut squash enchilada. She says it was really, really good.Parking: We took the train in to the UW and we walked to the restaurant. View all feedback.
What katherine williams doesn't like about Agua Verde Café:
This place has gone down hill. They used to have awesome service, high quality food, and offer chips with delicious salsa to your table right away. Now it’s counter service with college kids who don’t care, you basically serve yourself, and you pay over $5 for chips you could buy at the store for $3. You go to a restaurant for good service, good food, and a good atmosphere. This isn’t that. View all feedback.
Disappointed in the nachos. No discernable cheese, only a sparse and thin bachamel? sauce. And...
One of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. Delicious sauces too. Amazing view. Fair pric...
