It's definitely on the healthier side. I had a matcha chicken avacado bowl. After I ate it, I definitely felt refreshed. I'm used to begrudgingly eating salads but this salad bowl was actually pretty good! It's also sourced from local organic ingredients so I can understand that it's a bit pricier.
