We came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy so we knew we'd have to wait, no big deal. We ordered our food and grabbed a table while the line kept growing and growing. Eventually about 30 minutes later, tons of people that ordered way after us were getting their food first. Finally we said something and it took another 10 mins to get our food.
