The best Thai food i ever enjoyed. We discovered Thai Ginger by chance on a one night stopover in Seattle. The restaurant is nicely decorated but not overly fancy. I would not recommend the food here. The drinks were amazing, as was the staff. Come and have drinks while you are waiting for your table at Din Ti Fung. We ordered the chicken skewers, and they looked like #2 pencils. My Halibut Cheeks curry was dry and barely any fish. I thought the Halibut curry would have a filet on top.
