I had one simple request, to turn on the sound on one of the televisions in the back so I could watch the Steelers game on Christmas Eve. There was hardly anyone there. But the snippy staff member said no, house rules, the management only turns on the sound for Seahawks games . He was pretty inflexible. So I left.
