First time at Gerardo's this weekend and it did not disappoint. We opted for pizza and it was delicious. Soft undercarriage with a nice chewy crust. We had the mortadella and pistachio which had a nice fresh taste with the pesto base. And we opted for the Soppressata, which was definitely my favorite out of the two pies.
