I'm one of the lucky ones who visit this facility weekly. a terrible service. unprofessional and a shameful owner who does not know how to manage or hire a team to perform the simplest tasks. I have complained several times and have received angry answers directly. no care. I have escalated to make sure that my vote, as the customer not only belongs, but acts.
