Thanks to Michèle for his warm and synaptic welcome (without forgetting Stéphane). Restaurant with a map that comes out of the Alsatian standards. Rare restaurant to offer spätzles gratins, that with salmon was excellent and the tin was deliciously tender. We went there twice and not disappointed. Service is effective. Anyway, we recommend it. Franchis the door, a waitress (small glasses) asks us if we booked. Just arriving at Selestat, the answer was NO. When I came out of this same waitress annone, I was shocked by this sentence.
