First time here. Food are amazing even though it was my first time tried them. Staff are friendly and price are reasonable. The portion is just nice for one person but you could order many dishes and share so that you can try them all. I will definetely come again in future. View all feedback.

One of many halal dim sum located in IOI city Mall. Dolly restaurant is nicely decorated, charming and inviting interior. Staff are welcoming and quick to show seating.
