We went for the first time on Vday and likely our biggest mistake. They use OT but don’t shutdown reservations when they are full so everyone had a reservation and we had to wait 30+ min for a table and 30+ min for food. They prioritize to go meals before eat in customers. I saw people waiting for food at the door get taken care of way faster than us. Likely in the future only use them for take out.
