After trying to go to Quaker Steak Lube and being completely ignored, we decided to try Bluffs. What a great choice! We were greeted when we walked in and had good service throughout. We used to love this place and recommended it to all our friends. We were warned a couple of months ago it had gone downhill. We waited 20 minutes for a late lunch. 3:00. We went on purpose for anniversary. Waitress/hostess was extremely rude and othercustomers witnessed it. Then would not meet our eyes nor speak nor respond. The food was not nearly as good.
