Always we visit Canada, we have to eat a poutine. It's a simbol of Quebec culinary. A plate of French fries with sauce and cheese. There are many kinds of sauce. I call it "caloric bomb". But you should try one. My husband asked Stratos poutine and I the original. His poutine was gratined and delicious. Mine was very common. I've ate better in Montreal. It's worth to try it.
