A group of ten of us came to eat after completing my sister in The Loft. It was pretty busy, but still the service was fantastic. The servers checked the food for me to make sure it was gluten-free and they quickly and efficiently ensured that we had everything we wanted at the table. The food was good today, but the service was lacking and there were flies everywhere or at least hovering around our table and they wouldn't leave us alone. I don't think our server smiled a single time and he wasn't friendly at all. Usually the service is pretty good, albeit slow. Update 9/23: the service was friendly this time but REALLY slow.
