My family has been eating at Pepe's for as long as I can remember. There are many different locations some better than others. It's not very authentic Mexican cuisine but it tastes good anyway! One thing for sure is you need to like cheddar cheese because they use a lot of it. I love the Chilli Con Queso dip with their homemade tortilla chips and lots of goopy, stretchy Chihuahua cheese! Margareta was excellent. Steak tacos were not that good. Meat was not trimmed well. There were chunks of inedible parts? The staff DID NOT HAVE MASKS ON, as stated on their web site. This used to be my favorite Pepe's, but not any longer. I won't return. I questioned why there wasn't more than 3 people in there on a Saturday lunch hour, and now I know why.
