Ernest has always been the go to place in Shreveport. We have fond memories of many meals there. Tonight was a disappointing one. The drinks and crab claw appetizer were as good as always. The main courses were a disappointment. The waiter forgot to put in one of our orders. When it was rushed out it was not seasoned well and the sauce was wrong. My meal was also under seasoned.
