The experience was terrible. I ordered and arrived online. And my order was not ready and I had to pay a service fee and tips and had to wait half an hour for my order. The lady working on the counter was rude. Didn't tell me I had to wait for my order. And the facility is in terrible condition. Cleanliness was terrible.
