Some of the best Cajun food I?ve ever had! I had boudin balls etouffee fried rice (etouffee not in pic bc it was in a separate bowl-I hadn?t poured it over the rice when I?d taken the pic. Food was excellent, star off for location. It is too far out of town, and did not like the smoke smell from adjacent building. We loved this restaurant just wish they were still in Bossier or closer in town. View all feedback.
