She still answered question about gluten free options and was very personable even during a stressful time. They can never seem to not give me lettuce when I deselect the box and put it in the comments. The employees at the Shrewsbury location are not a happy bunch. It's a very solemn vibe whenever I'm there. The food is crazy expensive. Getting a sub there is equivalent to going to a chain restaurant a few years ago. View all feedback.
