Called by for chips tonight. Queue outside waiting for orders. Chap ahead of me places order and stays in shop. Go to place order and quite rudely asked if I had phoned. Doesnt say anywhere that it is best to do so. Not given a waiting time if order placed there and then. A most disappointing visit. View all feedback.
