Was staying at a nearby hotel and stopped here for breakfast, I didn’t realize beforehand that because they are in an office building that they would have a limited menu/services. The employee there named Kim went out of her way to make sure my kids had a good breakfast (like beyond amazing customer service). I 've usually gotten breakfast here and some coffee. Today was the worst experience EVER. I ask if the latte machine is working bc it a hit or miss. Cashier says yes. The manager is standing right next to her. I haven 't been here in a while mind you and ask for a latte. I get the response you need to get a cup of ice and bring it here, this is not starbucks.
