Had to wait almost 40minutes for a ham and Swiss sandwich and when my order came up it had cheddar on it. I told the woman I was not very happy about the fact that not only did I have to wait entirely too long but then to have also screwed up the SIMPLE order was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund.
