First Watch - Simpsonville

What Ken Tillman likes about First Watch:
The food and service have always been top notch and very customer-centric. On the service side, I think I’d give Krista some additional training, like speaking directly to the customer and waiting for an answer. It wasn’t busy, so there was no excuse for careless service today. You guys are great, I hope it stays that way. View all feedback.

What Tami N doesn't like about First Watch:
The food here is always consistently delicious, they offer gluten free options which is a rare treat. The service is generally ok, the wait staff is always very friendly...but it's the little things that if improved would make such a huge difference! It may not be their fault, maybe they're told to wait till the customer asks...but never once has a waiter offered a refill on a beverage (iced tea). I always have to as... View all feedback.
