Unfortunately a very sad costume service experience. If the staff reacts with Laud, what if you ask for a bunch of jelly for your cookie. Or if you need to ask 3 times, just excuse me so you can order an extra coffee. The lady was in front of me without headset, I was obviously ignored. And I've never been nice to them all the time that I sounded rude. But I became rude in return. View all feedback.
