We had the pleasure of spending my son's birthday here. It was in the late afternoon and the GM, Becky, made us feel like honored guests. The breadsticks/knots were impeccably cooked, the golden sauce for dipping was delicious and the pizza was spectacular! The service was perfection, and the food was delectable. No where to place a complaint on their website, so I will use Google. The service here is just bad. Their food is good, but what good is a to go order if every time you come in they have to make it. The last 4 times I've gone in, I've had to wait. Some time they are busy, so I get it, maybe their online ordering system has wrong time. But EVERY time, even the slow times. Not good at all! Our order was wrong and they charged us for toppings and sides we never receiv...
Instead of eating at the eatery, you can also order the dishes and independently pickup.
