booking in advance we celebrated a holiday at the tyrant on Saturday night. the menu, typical but with a modern touch, really beautiful and inviting. I personally ordered a degotation of raw and a dish of spaghetti with almonds and red shrimp of mazara del vallo. The food is nothing special. The appetiser with Mazara shrimp which has a wonderful taste is cover with such strong citrus sauce that it is useless to use them. Tagliatelle pasta with cacao sauce was unpleasantly bitter. The restaurant presents itself as an exceptional. But the wine that they offer Borgo Conventi is the opposite of exceptional.
