Ridiculous wait times for food. I called at 5:10 PM to place a pickup order and it wouldn't be ready until 9:00 PM. Honestly, hire some more people in the kitchen to help cut down the wait time. No food is worth a consistent 3 hour wait window in my opinion, it just means that the restaurant is not run properly.
