The food arrived ice cold. Not even lukewarm it was cold. The bowl of French onion soup I ordered came in a small container (maybe the equivalent of a cup size (for a bowl price, and I've ordered it before and it came in a bigger more appropriate sized container), and was wrapped in napkins to catch all the soup spilling out of the container.
