We were in town for a youth hockey tourney and this was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the indoor pool. They were also nice enough to let us use a conference room for our group to have a pizza party and also to just hang out one evening after our games. Terrible experience. Person at front desk the last night was unbelievable rude and uncooperative. Phone, Air conditioner and TV didn't work. We asked for maintenance person and were told no one was available. We asked to speak to manager and she refused. We asked to switch rooms and were told none were vailable yet parking lot was empty.
