The service was quick and prompt, the girl that helped me at the register was not nice but not rude either, very straight to the point and took.order without any mistakes. I would not return to this particular Lotaburger. I know that in the age of Covid and supply chain shortages and staffing issues there are problems, so I try to be considerate. But the food was cold, part of the order was missing, the woman who took my order was indifferent no matter how hard I tried to be pleasant.
