I searched for the Berber and Royal side if it is a reference to the Moroccan monarchy...Nothing in the kitchen echoes the name and decor. A couscous that is not one, but in the standards of what we are used to know about semoule alone, vegetables bathing in a sauce cooked alone and the meat on a batavia sheet in a plate, obviously apart.
