very rude...in with my 82-year-old mother no customers in loading .. young women take our job. I knew she wasn't friendly. my mother couldn't hear them clearly because the face mask and the women had no geduld. the young women looked at us and scrubbed their shoulders. then their hips began to move as if they dance!!! it was unrealistic.
