I'm glad we gave this place a second chance. the first time we went (july 20th 2020), the children behind the theke were careless and not worried about quality and service. yesterday (januar 14th 2021) we had excellent sushi, which were prepared in record time. Worst customer service I've seen. in a year and a half I managed to get the line 3 times on 40 calls and more and stopped 3 times they put me waiting and then my line hung up. if you call them they don't answer 5 times and then stop hiring for the next 2 hrs. I pointed out once in store because I had called 5 times and he didn't want to prepare my sushi it was 5:30pm! View all feedback.
2:30 a.m. later, my spouse still hasn't received his order. a chance they don’t need to cook.
