The Black Horse in the village of Fulmer, between Gerrards Cross and Pinewood Studios, is a charming country pub housed in a 17th-century craftsman's cottage. Recently renovated inside and out, it offers one of the most inviting pub atmospheres in the area. Our passion for food shines through in our seasonally changing menus, which feature simple yet exciting dishes made with the finest ingredients and locally sourced produce. Signature dishes like our sticky ribs and homemade 8oz burgers have become customer favorites, along with our aged beef and unrivaled Sunday roast beef. Our seafood offerings, including crispy beer-battered fish, sea bass, turbot, and whole lobster, are caught fresh in the morning and delivered to us on the same day.
